操縦士が乗務中にわいせつ行為、司法取引で罪状認める

（ＣＮＮ） サウスウエスト航空の元操縦士が、機長として乗務中に操縦室でわいせつ行為に及んだ罪に問われて罪状を認め、執行猶予１年の判決を言い渡された。

判決を言い渡されたのはマイケル・ハーク被告（６０）。昨年８月、サウスウエスト航空の米国内便の機長として乗務していたが、同機が巡航高度に達すると、操縦席を離れて服を脱ぎ、操縦室内でノートパソコンを使ってポルノ媒体を閲覧した。

この間、ハーク被告は「不適切行為」も行ったとされ、その間の飛行任務は女性副操縦士が継続した。
