ホワイトハウスは声明で、「ロシアが国際社会をかく乱する行動を続ければ、米国は戦略的、経済的に影響のあるやり方でロシアに代償を払わせる」と警告した。

昨年の米大統領選介入に絡み32団体・個人を制裁対象に指定したほか、サイバー攻撃では、ロシアの対外情報庁（SVR）を「犯人」と断定。

ロシアと日本は、終戦協定を結んでいないから、あくまでも停戦状態。
中国同様、厄介な国です。

　

そしてロシアと中国が反米で手を組むのが日本には最悪なケース

　

図に乗らせないためにも明確なメッセージを送ることは必要だ。
