オンラインで家具を買ったのに届かない！

Macy’sでカウチを、友人はWest Elmで家具をそれぞれ１月にオーダーしたのですが未だ届いてません。
もともと８〜１０週間はかかると言われていましたが配達予定日近くなると延期のメールが来るということが３回くらい続き、最新の配達予定日は7月となっています。。。

コロナ禍のせいでとありますが、全国的にこんな感じなんでしょうか？
オーダーしたのは色とフォーメーションを選べるセミカスタムっていうんでしょうか？
そういうカウチなのでまだ作り始めてもいない感じです。
(もっと小さめの家具、例えば椅子や本棚などは届いています)

もし同じようなカウチやソファをオーダーして期日通り来たよというサイトがあれば鞍替えも検討したいので教えて下さいませ。

我が家もWayfair でちょっといいソファーベッドを買ったのですが、４〜５ヶ月くらい待ちました。
仕方ないようです。。。

　

私たちは２ヶ月前くらいにカウチをＩＫＥＡで購入し、直ぐに届きました。
もちろん無事にすんなり届くわけが無く、違うお宅に一度配送されました。

　

家具ではなかったですけど発送元、製造元が中国の商品で6ヶ月かかりました。
届いたらサイズの違う物で、連絡の返信に１週間かかった挙句、返送してくれれば正しいサイズの物を送りますって言われたけど、、、、。
結局友達にあげちゃいました。

　

Wayfair.comでベッドルームに置くベンチを今週購入しました。
全部配達代無料で、注文入れて3日位で着きました。他にも買ってます。

　

仕事で中国から大きな商品(家具ではありません)を輸入していますが、今世界的にコンテナが足りず、商品が来ません。
中国の港もLA/LBも大混乱です。
運良く船にスペースを確保出来ても、コンテナ代が1月の3倍です。
ご購入された商品がMade in China かはわかりませんが、今のご時世、何かしらの材料は中国に頼っているはずですので、商品の遅れはそのせいかも知れません。
私たち輸入者もいつコンテナが確保できるかわからないのです。。。

　

大きな家具を何度か買いまして…延々と待ちました…
二度はキャンセルして違う所で買い直しました。
本当に長く待たされましたよー。
4週間延期のあとまたさらに数週間延期とかありました。

　

1ヶ月前にOverstock かwayfair でパティオファニチャーを買いました！
予定どおり2週間かからず届きました。

　

IKEAではオーダーしたもののクレカを引き落としたまま発送予定が不明になり、結局数ヶ月かかり、しかも一部物が届かないのにカスタマーサービスが機能しないということがありました。
仕方がないのでクレカ会社の方から払い戻しをしました。

　

Room and boardでカウチを３月に購入した時にお届けは１０月３０日以降と出ました。

　

　

本当にこの１年はコロナのおかげで工場もストップ、流通もストップ。
キャンセルしてオーダーし直したほうが早く届いたってケースもあるよにゃ。
のんびり気長に待って、早く届いたらラッキー！くらいに思った方が
ストレスもなくていいにゃ。

半年かかっても届けばまだマシだにゃ。
ロングビーチの港に行ったら、コンテナが何万個と置かれたよ。
流通できないから港で止まっちゃってるんだよね。
食品会社の人が言ってたけど、そのままコンテナの中で腐っちゃって
商品にならないって嘆いてたよ。
