全米で一番名前を知られた日本人だったな。
もう１０年以上前の話だけど

　

７６個食える胃袋を持っていたとしても、味覚で１５個くらいで飽きそう。
飽きずに腹いっぱいまで同じものを入れられるのも凄いな。

　

無意味なイベントだな。
早食いを競いあって何の手柄になるんだろうか？

　

祝賀行事の再開は大いに結構ですが、
早食い大会はもう時代にそぐわないと思います。

　

ゆっくり美味しく食べたい。

　

コロナ禍で感じたのはアメリカの強さ。
日本より遥かに深刻な感染状況にも関わらず、ポジティブな報道も多い。
そして、様々な議論がメディアを含めて活発にされている事。
日本の様に勝手に決められたモラルや正義が先行し同調圧力が強まり、
別の意見が言えない様な状況にならない。

新型コロナ克服イメージをアピールですね。
経済復興はこういう事でも意味があると思います。
大食い・早食いはよくはないですが。

　

欧米よりもはるかに少ない感染者、死亡者数の日本。
いつまでマスクをして自粛しなければいけないのだろうか。

　

独立記念日は、アメリカが自由を勝ち取った日、
アメリカがコロナを克服し、経済も回復基調にあることを、
国民と自由主義諸国にアピールするんだろう。

中国はアメリカにコロナウイルスを仕掛けて混乱を狙ったが失敗したな
アメリカは着々と中国包囲網を作り締め上げて早期に中国を分割する作戦を実行するでしょう。

　

米国在住ですが、外でマスクしてる人もだいぶ減りましたね〜。
浮かれてるのもあるんでしょうね

　

こうして、世界の国々が日常を取り戻せたあとは、中国への責任の追及です。
我々は、決してそれを忘れてはいけない。

　

　

独立記念日の日曜に久しぶりにサンタモニカに行ってきたけど、
すごい人手だったよ！
で、マスクしてる人は１割くらい。
アメリカ人は切り替えが早いから、
